Q: How should I care for my shirts?
A: We recommend you always wash cotton t-shirts in cold water and hang dry to prevent shrinking.

Q: Do you ship worldwide?
A: Yes! Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying.

Q: When can I expect my product?
A: All of our products are made on-demand once ordered. Standard fulfillment (printing) for t-shirts is 5-7 business days. Standard fulfillment (embroidery) for hats is 3-5 days. Standard fulfillment (printing or embroidery) for hoodies is 10-12 days. Items are shipped via USPS standard shipping. Shipping times will vary.

Q: What is the return policy?
A: All Raiser Clothing products are made on-demand as you order them. Your products will ship from the printing company directly to you. If any of the products you receive are of the incorrect size, are the incorrect product, or simply are not up to your expectations, we have a 100% money back guarantee. Please review your items when you receive them and contact us within 30 days should you have a problem with your order. If you have an issue with your order please email (store@nullraiserclothing.com) us including a picture of the issue (wrong size, wrong color, wrong product) and your intent for a replacement (correct size, etc) or refund. All refunds will be made back into the credit card or account from which the original payment was made.
